The process

How jewellery pre-orders work

01

Send a request

Choose your jewellery and quantity, then share your name and email address.

02

We check availability

A request is not an instant purchase or supplier order. We confirm each item first.

03

Receive your CUJOR

If available, we email your Customer Unique Jewellery Order Reference and a £5-per-approved-item deposit request.

04

Collection or appointment

Once verified, we add your item to our order list and contact you when it is ready.

Timing: We aim for approved jewellery to be in studio within 5–10 working days of a verified deposit. Deposits verified by Wednesday 6pm are aimed for Saturday studio availability where possible; this is not guaranteed.

Halloween timing: Requests stay open after Halloween. Requests made after Monday 26 October 2026 may not arrive by Saturday 31 October.
